Coagulant preparation extracted from selected strains of Rhizomucor miehei.
The product is used for cheese production in dairy industry.
The product must be preserved in closed packages as a temperature between 4°C and 8°C.
Instructions for use
The product must be diluted in cold water in a ratio of approximately 1/10.
Dosage: from 200 to 270 g for 1000 liters of healthy milk.
The dosage can vary in function of the temperature and the acidity of the milk, as well as of the technology
The product is preserved for about 12 months with reference to the packing date reported on the label, only if stored in the original packaging protected from light and at a temperature between 4°C and 8°C. The product life span was calculated considering a time of 14 days to effect the delivery at a temperature below 30°C

The product is not “derived” or “obtained” from GMOs pursuant to EC Reg. N.1829 / 2003.
The product complies with the EC Reg. N. 1829/2003 regarding the prohibition of the use of GMOs.
