Application for soft cheese add 4 drops diluted in cold boiled water to 5 litres of fresh milk. This should be added along with the starter culture.
Store in a cool dark place at 0-8 ⁰C. Strength +/-150 IMCU/ml +/-1% Nabenzoate E211, min 15% NaCl,
