The new company buildings of Ă–sterreichische Laberzeugung Hundsbichler GmbH are located in the middle of the natural and unspoilt Tyrolean landscape where cheese is produced on alpine pastures using traditional and classical methods. This original nature also forms the basis for Hundsbichler natural rennet. No matter how sophisticated technology becomes, it cannot replace traditional processes. For example, the rennet that the company produces is only extracted using untreated drinking water from a monitored mountain spring.
